BOOKING POLICY

A 20% deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. The deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required in order for you to not lose your deposit.

RESCHEDULING

If you wish to reschedule, 24 hours’ notice is required else the deposit will be forfeited.

Please read the FAQ section before booking. The deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule, the appointment must already be rescheduled before the 24-hour mark prior to the original appointment. If we do not have a new date already set by 24 hours prior to the original appointment time, the deposit will be lost, and the appointment will be cancelled. You will have to put down another deposit to book again.

NO SHOWS

If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, you will lose the deposit. All services are subject to increase in price at any time without notice. You will pay accordingly to the amount the procedure is when booked.

ARRIVING LATE

I understand that things can happen but unfortunately, if you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment maybe cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will need to be given. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late, please call, email or WhatsApp Jhumur to let her know.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Every client heals differently, and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependant on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. Specific results. or colour requests for tattoos are not guaranteed (especially on those with dark or cool-toned lips, problematic skin or when covering up an old tattoo). A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve. All services provided are non-refundable.

PAYMENT/PRICE POLICY

Cash or E-transfer are accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not accept credit/debit cards at this time.
Prices are subject to change anytime without notice.

CLIENT REFUSAL

If we feel that you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your tattoo, No Makeup has the right to refuse to offer their work. Another deposit fee will be charged if you would like to book again. Every artist has their own style of tattooing. We shall not provide touch-ups for other artists’ work. All clients are expected to read and understand the prerequisites prior to booking an appointment. It is your responsibility to inform the artist regarding any of the conditions you may have prior to booking. Being honest about your health condition is expected.
